General Information
Office Hours
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- We are closed for lunch from noon to 1 pm
Our Approach to Care
We are committed to providing the highest quality care in a caring, friendly environment. Each patient will be seen and evaluated personally by Dr. Levine. There are no nurse parctitioners or physician assistants in the office.
