When Experience Counts...
Dr. Reed is a Board-Certified Dermatologist in private practice since graduating from the Harvard Medical School Residency Program in Dermatology. During his training at Harvard, Dr. Reed regularly saw patients at Children's Hospital, the Lahey Clinic, the Beth Israel Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and the Massachusetts General Hospital, and conducted research and authored several papers in the field of dermatology.
He has had extensive training in laser medicine and cosmetic dermatology, and is a member of the New England Dermatology Society, the Society of Dermatological Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Specializing In Cosmetic Dermatology...
Dr. Reed is actively involved in teaching and in skin cancer detection.
Dr. Reed has been regularly called on as a consultant to aestheticians and skin care salons and has appeared on local television, and lecture extensively on skin care. He is often called upon by other dermatologists to render a second opinion on their more challenging cases.
Experienced Medical Skin Care...
Dr. Reed is skilled in treating all aspects of skin disease and regularly performs skin surgery. He has a special interest in phototherapy, skin cancer, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Reed continually keep abreast of advances and new techniques by attending regional and national meetings.
He has staff privileges at South Shore Hospital and Jordan Hospital.
