Hilary Baldwin, M.D.
After receiving her master’s degree in microbiology from Boston University, Dr. Hillary Baldwin, a native of New York, spent two years as a research associate in the immunoparisitology laboratory of Dr. John David at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Baldwin then returned to Boston University where she received her medical degree. She completed a medical internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital and then returned to New York where she completed her dermatology residency and served as chief resident chief at New York University Hospital.
Since becoming board certified in dermatology, she joined the faculty at the State University of New York at Brooklyn, now referred to as SUNY Downstate.
Dr. Baldwin is currently an Associate Professor and the Vice Chair of the Department of Dermatology. Since joining the faculty she has developed interests in acne and keloid scarring. She has published and lectured extensively on these topics, as well as many others throughout dermatology.
She is the past President of the American Acne and Rosacea Society.
